SMB Homes and Residential Services in Rochester Minnesota is an adult foster care organization specializing in providing residential care and group homes for adults with brain injuries, mental health conditions, chemical dependency issues and other physical disabilities.  We are committed to creating safe, nurturing home environments and individually designed programs specifically suited for each of our resident’s unique challenges to enable them to reach their full life potential.

Our experienced staff strives to find “just the right balance” of freedom and structure to maximize residents’ opportunities for success and personal growth.  Furthermore, we promote giving residents choices to help design their own personal care plans.
