All of SMB’s spacious homes are located in safe, quiet residential neighborhoods in Rochester Minnnesota. In order to provide privacy and space to relax away from the normal activity of home life, each resident has his or her own private room with wireless internet access, as well as cable T.V. An important part of our program is offering our residents choices. Having their own private space allows them to choose whether to spend some of their free time interacting with other residents or have some quite time to themselves. |

The Lincoln Home
The Lincoln Home is a five bedroom handicap-accessible home in a safe, quiet neighborhood in NW Rochester. This home has a recreation room featuring a pool table, an entertainment center, and a video game console - this is accessible to all SMB Homes residents! The Lincoln Home also features a newly added raised, disability-accessible Community Garden for all the residents, featuring flowers and some fresh produce.

The Timberwood Home
The Timberwood Home is our newest house that opened in 2009. This is a large six bedroom home that is fully wheelchair-accessible, and even includes a roll-in shower. The Timberwood Home is located in the Scenic Oaks subdivision neighborhood in SW Rochester. This home provides 24 hour care. Also features a disability-adapted workshop/garage, and a newly added raised, disability-accessible Community Garden featuring lots of fresh produce!
