SMB Homes’ first priority is to provide personal, individualized care for their residents. All of their homes are Rule 203 licensed, and the services received by residents include:
- Individualized care planning
- Private bedrooms with private phone, wireless internet access and cable T.V.
- Assistance with personal care as needed
- Well-balanced meals and snacks that are personalized to each resident's food likes/dislikes by each houses' Home Manager
- Assistance with medications
- Health monitoring by our on-staff Nurse
- Personal escorts to doctor’s appointments as needed
- Individual weekly schedules set up and reviewed with each resident
- Planned evening, weekend and holiday activities by our Recreation Director
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy available
- Weekly meeting in a group setting
- Free YMCA membership for each resident, with group trips going three times a week with accompanying support staff
